The location is perfect, with bus stops close by and everything within walking distance. The cafe for breakfast is just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are spotless. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There are many facilities available, such as a mini bar and free tea and coffee. The view from the hotel is scenic, especially when walking over the river.
Some guests were not personally welcomed upon arrival.

Loved the warm welcome and helpful staff. Comfy rooms and great aircon for the hot weather. Close to Vatican City and within walking distance to major attractions. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this cozy and clean hotel. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. The location was amazing, with plenty of shopping and dining options right around the corner. Plus, we were just a stone's throw away from the main attractions, making it super convenient to explore the city on foot.
That we didn't realize there would be a shared living room, which may have been mentioned in the hotel information but we missed it. However, it turned out to be a non-issue as all the guests were quiet and respectful, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay.
